Run tests on Azure environment

I am looking for someone to help me run tests on an Azure environment. The type of tests to run include Performance Testing, Security Testing, and Functionality Testing. I have a specific script or test plan, and we will be testing in a single environment. The person I am looking for should have experience running tests in the Azure environment, and should be knowledgeable about Performance, Security, and Functionality Testing.
Another importante requirement is that candidates must be natives in one of the languages below:
