Location: Kuala Lumpur , Malaysia.
Key responsibilities:
Prepare test plans, test cases or scripts, and other relevant documents for conducting Testing.
Perform Manual and Automation testing, log defects and record test results.
Partner with developers and other test automation engineers to improve and automate test and release processes.
Communicate and liaise with project team to identify and resolve issues or bug and maintain the deliverable's quality.
Passionate about learning new tools/technologies/methodologies and effectively implement these to improve the quality of the product.
Desire for constant improvement in the quality of the products and revealing difficult scenarios.
Can in-depth test and verify the correctness of all data points and formula on Website and API.
Can test Chinese version Website, both Simplified and traditional Chinese.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
3+ years of experience in manual and automation testing of complex state-of-the-art web and ETL environment.
Proven hands-on experience in test automation frameworks and tools, Experience in back-end (API level) - Integrated API (e.g: code-based) & API testing (e.g: Postman, Rest Assured).
Experience in organizing, implementing, refining, and executing testing processes using some of the following: Automation frameworks/tools (Selenium WebDriver/ Cypress / TestNG /, continuous Integration systems (Jenkins), languages (Java, JSON, python, Java script ES6) and Data-driven/keyword-driven/hybrid frameworks.
Experience in issue tracking tool (e.g. Jira, Trello).
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese is Mandatory.
Detail minded, patient, self-motivated and good time management skills.
Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
Candidate should be in Malaysia and available to join ASAP.
