Performance Engineer

Experience: min 3 Years

Responsibilities:
- Conduct performance testing and analysis of the software to identify bottlenecks.
- Develop and execute performance test plans and scripts.
- Use profiling tools to monitor application performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with developers to implement performance optimizations.
- Create and maintain performance monitoring dashboards and reports.
- Provide recommendations for performance improvements and best practices.
- Work with DevOps teams to ensure optimal deployment configurations for performance.

Requirements:
- Experience in performance testing and engineering.
- Proficiency with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Strong understanding of profiling tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of application architecture and performance optimization strategies.
