Operations Manager for Pay-Per-Call Marketing
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Pay-Per-Call Operations Manager (Performance Marketing)
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Pay-Per-Call Operations Manager to support and optimize the operational side of our inbound call performance marketing business. This person will be instrumental in managing reporting, call quality assurance, compliance checks, and partner communication.
About Us:
We generate inbound user-initiated calls in verticals like insurance, home services, and finance, targeting US buyers. Our traffic comes through trusted external agency partners running compliant, high-quality campaigns. We match these calls to our clients via platforms like TrackDrive, Ringba, and Retreaver.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor and reconcile daily and weekly reports to ensure call conversions match between our systems and client feedback.
• Review rejected calls and validate reasons (non-compliance, irrelevance, low quality, etc.).
• QA call recordings or transcripts to tag and track quality issues or compliance flags.
• Manage call logs and spreadsheets using Google Sheets or Excel with a high degree of accuracy.
• Prepare summary reports and breakdowns for publishers and partners.
• Stay on top of activity within our call tracking platforms (TrackDrive/Ringba/Retreaver).
• Liaise with technical support teams when tracking or routing issues arise.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with publishers and buyers.
Requirements:
• 1–3+ years in performance marketing or affiliate marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing traffic (especially calls).
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Ringba, TrackDrive, or similar.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
• Excellent written and spoken English — you’ll be reviewing call logs and writing partner-facing messages.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and spot discrepancies.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
Bonus:
• Previous experience working with insurance or finance verticals.
• Experience managing affiliate/publisher relationships.
