Online Weight Loss Platform Market Research Subjects

Summary
Marketplace Operations (MPO) is conducting market research. We are looking for U.S. adults who have already used an online health platform that prescribed FDA‑approved weight loss medication (e.g., GLP‑1s) within the past two years.

You will not be asked to sign up for a new provider or obtain medication.

All communication and payment will stay on Freelancer.

Current or past users of these platforms are required:
- Hims
- Levity
- Henry Meds
- Sesame
- PlushCare

What you'll do:
[~45 minutes] Fill out an approximately 30‑question survey about your customer experience (onboarding, cost, support). [Required]
[~30 minutes] Google Meet video interview to dive deeper into your experience. [Optional]

Compensation:
- $200 flat fee for survey completion
- $300 bonus for interview participation

You'll be paid through Freelancer

Privacy and Identity:
- We’ll quote you as “First name, age band, U.S. region” (e.g., “María, late 30s, Midwest”).
- You may request a pseudonym or no identifying details.
- No health records or protected medical info will be requested or stored.

Waivers related to these subjects will be signed and shared before the project begins.

Eligibility
- Age 18+ and currently living in the U.S.
- Obtained a prescription for weight loss medication from one of the above-listed providers in the last 24 months.
- Not employed by a weight loss clinic, pharmaceutical company, or related PR agency.
- Strong writing and editing skills preferred
- Comfortable sharing user‑experience feedback (non‑medical)

- Which online provider or platform prescribed your medication? (Name only; no medical docs.)
- A basic form of proof (such as a redacted receipt) that shows the platform was used, if available
- Month and year you began treatment.
- Confirm you are 18 +  and reside in the U.S. (Yes/No).
