Seeking a skilled individual to conduct user experience testing for our post-launch software/app. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
- Proficient in conducting user experience testing for software/apps
- Familiar with best practices and methodologies for user experience testing
- Ability to analyze and interpret user feedback and provide detailed reports
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to the development team
- Attention to detail and ability to identify areas for improvement in the user experience
- Experience working with agile development methodologies is a plus
