Need a penetration tester for security testing of multiple ecoms

My client is a digital marketing agency having multiple ecommerce sub-clients. Due to latest code revamps, few of those portals want to have a thorough penetration testing (basically security flaws) from customer's standpoint. Per client cost range (based on flaw severity) is USD 10 to USD 50 for overall flaw report.
