Need to build a test automation strategy C# Nunit

Hi!

I'm looking for a test automation expert who can analyze a project and come up with a good automation strategy. The person is expected to analyze the whole project, come up with a solution on how the user stories translate to test cases, advise proper framework and implementation of current framework in the CI/CD pipeline and a standard way to work and create specflow tests which would run on ADO.

Somebody with a good experience in Azure devops, Nunit and C# with selenium testing.
