I lead a distributed software team whose workload and mixed language skills make it difficult for everyone to join our non-technical client interviews. I therefore need native speakers—English and Spanish—who can step in on our behalf whenever a session is scheduled.
Fluency must be native-level in the target language, with confident, natural conversation skills and a calm, courteous manner. Experience in software or project environments is helpful but not required.
