Mobile app tester - Android and iOS

Will need tester to do complete mobile app testing across different android and iOS devices. Full functional testing and integrated testing. Must also be able to test back-end application to ensure back-end is working correctly and supports mobile app. Must create proper test scenarios, test cases and test data. Capture test results and articulate clearly what the issue is with screen shots/ videos of error occurance

1. Must be able to test on multiple devises
2. Clearly articulate capability for full functional / application testing
3. Should be able to explain how Testing time and requirements would be estimated
4. Must have experience with manual testing
5. Must be able to clearly estimate time required and complete the testing within the given time frame

Open to both fix bid for testing or hourly rate - (maximun is INR 275.00 per hour and must estimate effort ahead of time and complete all testing withing the specified hours)

First milestone after creation of test scenarios and testcases (with valid test data) and delivery of the same
Second milestone on completion of testing with all test results and delivery of the same
Third mile stone after final correction of errors and final round of testing
