Market Research - Website Interface Testing - Australia + New Zealand Only -- 2
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
We are looking for experienced testers to provide detailed feedback on the usability and functionality of a new e-commerce platform. The platform has both a web version (on mobile + on PC) and a mobile app, and we require feedback on the three.
Responsibilities:
• Test the platform's registration process, logging process, browsing functionality, product review, price perception, adding to cart, address entry, payment methods, and return process.
• Provide screenshots./video recordings to illustrate all comments made.
• Provide detailed feedback on each area tested as per our detailed instructions.
• Write an overall feedback summary including screenshots if needed, of the various sub-areas, and any other feedback that was not given during the screencast.
• Ensure all testing and feedback is completed within 2 days.
Requirements:
• Prior experience in testing e-commerce websites and mobile apps.
• Access to a device that can access the web and the mobile app versions of the platform.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to provide detailed feedback.
• Fluent in English.
