Manual testing into automation testing

We are 8 people who are working as a manual testers who wanted to move to automation testing
We need one person who can teach and guide us towards automation from scratch
The training will be conducted over the span of no time limit. The training should focus on Selenium. The training will be conducted through live sessions. The preferred programming language for the automation testing is Java. The training can follow a standard curriculum for automation testing with Selenium and Java. Our team has beginner-level experience with programming. We prefer the sessions to be scheduled according to Indian Standard Time (IST).
The training should include integration with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
The CI/CD integration should be specifically done using Jenkins. The training should follow a slow learning pace.
