Manual QA, tester for web application

I am creating and running a complex web application. I push changes to the web app several times per week and are looking to find a QA freelancer who can run through a manual test checklist each time there is a change pushed and look for any bugs that have been introduced.

I estimate that usually a full test of the system will need to be run 1-2 times per week, but could be more or less depending on what work is being shipped that week.

I will provide an initial manual test plan, but the freelancer is encouraged to build on that with their own expertise.
In the future I may wish to create automated integration tests using these test plans with the freelancer, so experience with Selenium or Puppeteer would be useful - please mention this in the application.
