Manual Testing for React Native App & React Website

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with manual testing for my React Native app and React website. The main objective of the testing process is to identify bugs in both the app and website. I do not have a testing plan or guidelines to follow, so I need the freelancer to create one for me. The devices and browsers that should be tested are the most common ones.
Min. 2 Years of strong experience in Manual testing of web-based and mobile application
Sound knowledge of Quality processes and SDLC models.
This project is going to be be around 2 months of contract.

Responsibilities
● Prepare detailed test scenarios for the project.
● Thorough testing of the project.
● Log Bugs and re-test when the fix is applied.
● Minimum 4 hours of dedicated work time per day.
● 20 hours work week.

Projects to be tested:
● An Android & Ios App.
● A Web Dashboard App (based on React)
● A Web E-commerce platform (based on React
