Manual Testing of Websites & Apps locally from Mauritania -- 2

I'm looking for a person to test a website (on PC and mobile) locally from Mauritania (without VPN). The primary focus will be on evaluating payment processes, including deposits and withdrawals using different platforms and payment methods. Please, don't bid if you aren't in Mauritania
Key Requirements:
- Tester should be locally in Mauritania (no vpn allowed);
- Tester should be familiar with popular local payment methods (Sedad, Bankily, Masrvi, BIM Bank) and be able to perform payment tests;
- Mauritanian phone number to test a SMS-verification;
Secondary:
- Ability to perform a clearly defined task and provide the result (video, screenshots, comments).
- Working with a personal computer (basic level).
- Android or iOS smartphone.
