Manual Testing of Websites & Apps locally from Mauritania

I'm looking for a person to test a website (on PC and mobile) locally from Mauritania (without VPN). The primary focus will be on evaluating payment processes, including deposits and withdrawals using different platforms and payment methods. It's manual testing like a regular user
Key Requirements:
- Tester should be locally in Mauritania (no vpn allowed);
- Mauritanian phone number to test a SMS-verification;
- Ability to perform payment tests (cards of local banks, e-wallets, other relevant payment methods; any additional expenses will be reimbursed);
- Ability to perform a clearly defined task and provide the result (video, screenshots, comments).
- Working with a personal computer (basic level).
- Android or iOS smartphone.
