Manual Testing & Test Case Development for Mobile App

I'm in need of an experienced manual tester who can thoroughly test my mobile application on both iOS and Android platforms. The tester should be able to write and execute all necessary test cases.
Key Areas of Testing:
- User login and registration: Ensure the authentication process, both for new and returning users, is seamless and error-free.
- Push notifications: Test the delivery and timing of push notifications to ensure they are received as intended.
