Manual Testing of Desktop Application

I'm seeking a skilled software tester to conduct comprehensive manual testing on a proprietary software that willn work with me full time for 1 - 2 months.
Responsbilities:
Carry out full testing of the new system to check its performance, functionality, and reliability, making sure everything works as expected.
Work with me to develop a testing plan that fits the project goals and deadlines.
Spot any bugs or inconsistencies in the system and provide clear, detailed reports.
Communicate issues clearly so they can be properly tracked and resolved.
Keep running tests after updates or fixes to ensure no new problems arise and that existing features still work smoothly.
Simulate real-world scenarios and run performance tests to see how the system behaves under different loads.
Keep detailed records of test cases, results, and any problems found.
Focus on high-risk areas and prioritize testing to prevent major issues from reaching production.
