Manual Mobile Tester

Looking for a strong manual mobile(IOS is a focus, but also Android Testing) tester who is very detailed-oriented, and thinks outside of the box to create as much as bug possible. Needs to have experience working with Jira or Azure Devpops board; Very Strong in designing manual test cases. It is a long-term project and we are looking for a person who can work in the same time zone as the US Eastern Time zone. Need a serious person who is willing to commit and deliver quality assignment.
