Responsibilities:
Review requirements and create detailed, comprehensive test cases.
Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications, including functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory tests.
Document, track, and verify defects using standard tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Bugzilla).
Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly.
Validate and retest fixes before production deployment.
Review and validate video content for accuracy and completeness.
Match and verify insurance numbers and related data against provided documentation to ensure correctness and compliance.
Ensure all QA activities meet compliance, usability, and business requirements.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer / Tester.
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Proven experience writing and executing manual test cases.
Hands-on experience testing web and mobile applications.
Basic knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman) preferred.
Experience with defect tracking tools (Jira, Bugzilla, etc.).
Must be authorized to work in the United States and available for a 2-week contract.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
