Manual + Automation QA Testing for Android App

We are looking to hire a manual + Automation tester who has experience in using appium for mobile automation.We are looking out for someone who can handle projects on their own.Freelancers or companies from hyderabad will have an extra preference for us
We are working on a social networking applicatiion which is similar to bumble and all.We are looking for someone who can do complete manual testing and use browserstack for cloud testing to find out all device specific issues and resolve them in phase 1 and in phase 2 we will start automation testing and building our framework and entire testing environment
Requirements
1) Ability to build test cases from scratch along with framework design
2) Prior experience in using cloud based testing tools for mobile devices like browserstack or other alternatives
3) Having knowledge of mobile automation for ios can be treated as an added advantage
4) Min of 2+ years of experience in appium
5) Having worked on consumer centric apps with good number of downloads can be treated as an added advantage
6) He should plan and design our entire testing process and should make sure app is production ready
