Log Collection for Call Drop Issue on 4G LTE Smart SOS Locator in Portugal

We are seeking a freelancer in Portugal to assist with a one-time project involving a 4G LTE Smart SOS Locator. The device is currently experiencing call drop issues when used with a specific telecom operator in Portugal. However, calls work correctly with SIM cards from other operators. To diagnose the issue, we require two sets of log files for comparison.
Task Details:
The freelancer will be responsible for conducting the following:
1. **Testing the Device:**
- Perform a test using the provided 4G LTE Smart SOS Locator with a SIM card from the telecom operator experiencing the issue.
- Perform a second test using a SIM card from another operator where no call drops occur.
2. **Log File Collection:**
- Collect log files during the startup process of the device.
- Collect log files detailing the process during the occurrence of the problem.
3. **Data Submission:**
- Ensure that the collected log files are sufficiently detailed to enable our engineers to analyze and identify the root cause of the issue.
Requirements:
- **Location:** Must be residing in Portugal.
- **Telecom Access:** SIM cards will be provided; the freelancer must only ensure they have network coverage in their area.
- **Technical Knowledge:** Basic understanding of logging and diagnostic tools.
- **Instruction Adherence:** Ability to follow detailed instructions for log generation and data collection.
