Local User Experience Testing in Mauritania on Chinguitel network

--TESTER HAS TO BE LOCALLY BASED IN MAURITANIA--
-TEST HANDSET HAS TO BE CONNECTED TO CHINGUITEL'S 3G/4G NETWORK (not WiFi)-
As I am developing a mobile service, I need someone in Mauritania who has access to a Chinguitel mobile phone to assist with running a user experience test. The individual should be equipped to communicate online during testing (Skype or Whatsapp should be enough) where I'll provide the testing criteria and instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a user experience test of the mobile service on a Chinguitel mobile phone.
- Provide general feedback on the browsing experience and service performance.
Access to a Chinguitel mobile phone for the test is paramount. The person running the tests will have to top up the prepaid account with some balance (which I will pay for) and check that the service is running correctly and the charges are processed (check against the remaining balance).
Ideal Skills:
- Experience in mobile service testing, particularly in user experience.
- Strong communication skills to effectively receive instructions and give feedback
- Sufficient level of English to communicate
