Hypothesis Testing (Relationship between employee engagement and financial factors)

I have done a employee engagement survey and have around 100 responses and would like some help in running a hypothesis testing to evaluate the relationship between employee engagement and financial performance. I am hoping to have a 1500-2000 reports which will evaluate the result of hypothesis testing.
Financial factors (stocks price, total shareholder return and operating income) of certain companies(will confirm that) can be taken from online and I will share the survey responses.
