Hire a QA tester for mobile and web app

We are searching for a QA Tester to test web applications and mobile applications.
The Quality Assurance Tester (QA) role is to create, review, run test cases.
Key Skills/ Knowledge:
1)Must know the differences/challenges between mobile app testing and web app testing.
2)Knowledge of emulator, simulator and other factors and tools used in mobile testing
3)Data Analysis skills
4)API Testing and Database Knowledge
He should be delivering high-quality, automated QA tests.
Accurate test execution results, including bug and escalation reports where these are required.
Basic Requirements:
1)Manual QA testing experience.
2)Strong attention to detail.
3)Ability to work 100% remotely.
4)QA test automation skills
5) would be able to create understandable test reports
