Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team. The primary focus of this role will be manual testing to ensure the seamless functionality of our marketplace. Additionally, we’re looking for someone who is eager to expand into test automation as our platform grows.

Responsibilities:
Perform manual testing of the event marketplace platform to identify bugs, usability issues, and performance bottlenecks.
Create, document, and execute test cases and test plans based on product requirements.
Perform regression testing, functional testing, and exploratory testing to ensure quality in all releases.
Collaborate with the development team to report and track bugs through to resolution.
Work closely with product managers to understand use cases and features, ensuring proper coverage for all test scenarios.
Contribute to continuous improvement in our testing process.
(Bonus) Assist with the implementation of automated testing frameworks and write automated test scripts as the platform scales.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in manual QA testing.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (functional, regression, UI/UX).
Experience in web application testing.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with a global team.
Strong communication skills in English.

Nice-to-Have Experiences:
Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and how testing integrates into continuous delivery.
Familiarity with automation scripting using Python or JavaScript.
