End-to-End ATS Workflow Testing

I have wired together an applicant-tracking workflow that starts in N8N, hands data to JazzHR, and finishes by sending candidates real-time SMS updates through Twilio. Now I need fresh eyes to run full end-to-end tests so I can be certain every piece works exactly as intended before we put it in front of real applicants.

Here is what needs to happen:

• Walk through the entire candidate journey—from application submission, through interview scheduling, to each notification trigger—just as a real user would.
• Confirm that data created in one step is accurately passed between N8N, JazzHR, and Twilio, and that no records are dropped or duplicated along the way.
• Verify every system response: status updates in JazzHR, webhook calls in N8N, and outbound SMS from Twilio, including edge cases (failed sends, missing fields, etc.).
• Document anything that breaks, behaves unexpectedly, or takes noticeably long, and capture the steps to reproduce so I can fix them fast.

Acceptance criteria
1. All steps in the workflow complete without manual intervention.
2. Candidate status stays in sync across all platforms.
3. Twilio messages arrive in the correct order with the correct content.
4. A concise test report lists each scenario run, the result, and any defects found.
