EdTech Platform QA Testing
Budget: ₹75,000 – ₹150,000 INR
My EdTech platform has three separate portals—Student, Teacher, and Admin—and I need them thoroughly tested on desktop browsers. The scope covers functional flows, day-to-day usability, and a first-pass security review so I can ship the next release with confidence.
What the work entails
• Draft a concise test plan that maps each user journey across all three portals.
• Execute functional, usability, and security test cases on major desktop browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari).
• Log defects with clear steps, screenshots or short clips, expected vs. actual results, and severity.
• Re-test once fixes are deployed and confirm closure.
Acceptance criteria
• Complete test coverage report with traceability to each portal and test type.
• Defect log in spreadsheet or ticketing tool of choice, prioritised and reproducible.
• Final sign-off summary indicating zero critical or high-severity issues.
Mention any desktop-focused automation or security tools you plan to use (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Burp Suite); I value transparency in approach as much as the results.
