QA Developer- Subject Matter expert (6+ Years) Indian Preferred

Hi there,
We are looking for a QA Developer- Subject matter expert to help us with technical assessment of candidates.
The capacity will be required on an hourly basis :
The JD of the role skills to assess are-
1) Develop and execute Test Plan, Test Cases to ensure all Services meet end user requirement
2) Write test Cases and identify data for test scenarios
3) Work closely with development team in defining scope of test
4) Ability to understand database design and experience in writing SQL queries from Testing perspective
5) Good understanding about BI tools Functionality (Tableau/ Power BI)
6) BI Testing include testing the functionalities and Data of Business insights reports on tools like Tableau/Qlik/PowerBI etc.
7) Defect Management.
8) Requirement Traceability matrix preparation and validation.
9) Good understanding of SDLC and agile scrum
10) Good communication skill and Excellent in Process documentation
