Creating test report for an app

I am looking for an experienced software tester to create a test report for a mobile app. The report needs to be highly detailed with step-by-step instructions, to include at least 30 different test cases for a demo app of a company.
The tester must possess a comprehensive set of testing skills such as test plan development, test case creation, defect management, and reporting. They need to have a solid understanding of software development principles and the ability to perform in-depth tests to uncover potential issues. Furthermore, strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential in order to make sure the project is completed successfully and efficiently.
