I maintain two web applications. For each of the sites I need a full performance test suite executed—load, stress, and endurance tests.
During every scenario I want three metrics captured and clearly charted: response time, throughput, and error rate.
Deliverables per application
• Test plan outlining assumptions, user journeys, and target volumes
• scripts
• An execution report with graphs for each metric plus a short executive summary
• Actionable recommendations ranked by impact
