Comprehensive Testing for PNG Payroll Software

I'm in need of a seasoned software tester who can thoroughly examine a payroll software designed specifically for Papua New Guinea. The primary function of this software is to manage employee payments.

Key Testing Aspects:
- Compliance with Papua New Guinea's local payroll regulations
- User Interface and overall User Experience
- Performance and Reliability under varying load conditions
- All other pertinent aspects related to a payroll system such as Employee Information Validation, Salary Calculation, Tax Deductions Computations, Leave and Attendance management, Payment Methods, Security and privacy, End-of-Year Processing and reports.
- Testing Includes database migration from MS access database to SQL

The ideal freelancer for this project would be someone with strong expertise in software testing. Previous experience with payroll systems and knowledge of Papua New Guinea's local payroll regulations would be a significant advantage.
