Comprehensive QA Testing for Legal Adult Lifestyle Marketplace Website

Job ID: 39763350

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

We need a skilled QA tester with experience in adult content platforms to thoroughly test CherryWine.org, a WordPress/WooCommerce-based marketplace. The site features four key sections: Sugar Babies (profiles, bookings, arrangements), Content Creators (custom content requests, uploads, marketplace), Video Calls (booking, integration with ZEGOCLOUD WebRTC, session links), and Sex Shop (product listings, dropshipping via Spocket, checkout). We're unsure of current functionality due to recent development changes, so your task is to identify what's working, broken, or suboptimal across all areas.
Focus on functionality, performance, broken links, user experience (UI/UX), security/privacy (critical for adult compliance in USA, Canada, Colombia – e.g., 18 USC 2257, PIPEDA, Ley 679), and integrations (WooCommerce payments semi-automated, wallets, escrow). Test as unregistered user, free registered, paid user, creator, and admin roles.
Key Testing Scope:

Sugar Babies Section: Test profile creation/editing (creator side), browsing/searching (user side), booking flows, customization (e.g., fetishes as add-ons), payment links generation, admin approval queue, and delivery (e.g., link/email triggers). Check for broken links in profiles, rates display, and verification processes.
Content Creators Section: Test onboarding (registration, profile checklist for services), dashboard (manage profiles, earnings, payouts), customizable pricing/products (e.g., virtual Woo products like custom videos/photos with base rates), upload/delivery workflow, escrow (hold/release on approval), and wishlist/bundles. Verify previews, categories (clips, images, audio), and custom request forms.
Video Calls Section: Test booking (durations 15/30/60 mins, custom options like roleplay/BDSM), ZEGOCLOUD integration (room link generation post-payment, E2E encryption, no recordings), session start/end, reminders (email/calendar), and mobile responsiveness. Check for bugs in pay-to-unlock, WebRTC performance (latency, drops), and fallback modes.
Sex Shop Section: Test product listings (dropshipping from Spocket), browsing/categories, cart/checkout (semi-automated payments), bundles (e.g., with sessions/content), and UI enhancements (SVGs, CSS grids). Verify image optimization (lazy loading, WebP), and integration with other sections for upsells.

Cross-Site Testing:

Functionality & Broken Links: Full site crawl for 404s, dead links, form submissions, hooks/filters in WooCommerce.
Performance: Achieve Lighthouse scores >90 (Performance, Accessibility, SEO, Best Practices); Core Web Vitals (LCP <2.5s, FID <100ms, CLS <0.1). Test on desktop/mobile, various browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari), and networks (slow 3G).
User Experience: Freemium model (limited previews for unregistered, CTAs to register/upgrade). Role-based access, intuitive flows, responsive design.
Security/Compliance: Privacy (HTTPS, no leaks), age verification, consent logs. No vulnerabilities in payments/wallets.

Deliverables:

Professional report (PDF/Word) with detailed findings: technical/performance metrics (e.g., load times, error logs), functionality breakdowns (working/broken/optimized), UX recommendations.
Include screenshots/videos for issues (e.g., bugs, slow pages), prioritized fixes (high/medium/low impact).
Raw data: Lighthouse reports, broken links list, test scripts/logs.

Required Skills:

3+ years QA testing WordPress/WooCommerce sites, preferably adult/dating marketplaces.
Tools: Lighthouse, GTmetrix, Browser DevTools, Selenium/Postman for automation.
Knowledge of WebRTC (ZEGOCLOUD), adult compliance (USA/Canada/Colombia laws).
Strong English for professional reporting.
