Comprehensive Manual Website QA Testing

Job ID: 39775277

Budget: $15 – $25 USD

I need an experienced manual tester to put my website through its paces and give me objective, detailed feedback. The scope covers three core areas—functionality, user interface, and performance—and must be exercised across every major environment I expect my visitors to use: desktop, tablet, and smartphone on Windows, macOS, and Linux.

Here is what success looks like for me:
• A concise test plan outlining the scenarios to be covered.
• Step-by-step execution of those scenarios, noting reproduction paths, screenshots or screen recordings, and any relevant console/network data.
• Well-written bug tickets in my preferred tracker (JIRA is ideal, but I can adapt) with clear severity and priority tags.
• A final summary report that highlights pass/fail rates, critical issues, and quick-win suggestions for improving usability or load times.

All testing is to be performed manually—no automated suites needed at this stage—though familiarity with browser dev tools, Lighthouse, and responsive design modes will help you surface edge cases faster. If this sounds straightforward to you and you can start right away, let’s talk.
