Cisco CUE, Autoattendant - Caller ID Fix
Budget: $10 – $30 CAD
I've recently activated the Auto Attendant feature on my Cisco CUE system; however, since then, the caller ID function has stopped working. The primary objective of this project is to troubleshoot and re-enable the caller ID functionality across all devices within our traditional phone line setup.
Key Requirements:
- Investigation: Identify the root cause of the caller ID issue post the Auto Attendant activation.
- Configuration: Properly configure the system to ensure that caller ID displays correctly on all devices.
- Testing: Thoroughly test the solution to guarantee the issue is fully resolved.
The ideal freelancer for this task should have:
- Extensive experience with Cisco CUE systems and Auto Attendant setup.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting traditional phone line systems.
- Good understanding of how caller ID is managed within phone systems.
- Excellent communication skills to explain the fix and answer any related questions I may have.
Your successful resolution of this issue will enable me to maintain efficient call handling while ensuring that caller ID information is accurately displayed across our communication devices.
Our previous phone person said maybe TCL script issue but he unfamiliar with it. caller id lost somewhere in ivr script. i have no idea what that means, but BEFORE autoattendant was enabled, caller id worked fine
