Check for the websites availability locally form Azerbaijan using AzTelecom provider(2)

I need someone to check the availability of up to 3 e-commerce sites from Azerbaijan using the AzTelecom provider.

Main requirements:
- be located in Azerbaijan;
- no proxy or vpn allowed;
- use AzTelecom internet provider;
- be able to record the screen of your PC or mobile and provide a record as a check result
