Job Description:
We are looking to hire a skilled developer to create a simple, user-friendly platform (website or software application) to conduct tests for hiring candidates.
Requirements:
The platform should support two types of tests:
Test A: Speed Math Test
Randomly generated arithmetic questions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
Configurable difficulty levels and time limits.
Test B: Custom Question Test
A fixed set of questions provided by us (multiple-choice or descriptive).
Total test duration: 30 minutes (combined).
Key functionalities:
Candidate login/registration.
Timer to enforce the time limit for each test.
Automatic grading for Test A (speed math).
Manual grading option for Test B (if needed).
Basic analytics and downloadable test results.
Clean and intuitive user interface for candidates and admins.
The platform should be scalable and lightweight, ensuring smooth performance for multiple users.
Delivery Timeline:
We need the platform to be developed within 2–4 weeks.
Additional Notes:
Developers with prior experience in creating similar platforms will be given preference.
