Barrier Free Access Assessment for Web App Required

I'm seeking a tester with experience in usability testing for web applications, specifically for the Barrier Access Free Reporting system (BTIV). Key responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough usability tests on the Barrier Access Free Reporting web application
- Identify and report on potential accessibility issues
- Provide recommendations for improving the application's accessibility
