Automation Testing Tutor

I am looking for a job in automation testing so I need some one to teach me automation testing. I only have background in manual testing and don't know automation testing. I am thinking of getting 20-30 hours of tutoring from some one who is expert in this field and guide me in the correct direction. If you are expert in this field, Let me know your curriculum as well as if you can record a 30 seconds video explaining me what exactly you will teach so I can decide if I want to proceed. I am looking for an expert in selenium testing but at the same time I am looking for someone who can explain it clearly and have good communication skills so if you add a video with this application, I will hire immediately.
