App Testing

We have a smartphone app that is coming out of development. The app is similar to a Covid Passport solution. It is a Smartphone app and it allows a user to save Covid Test & Vaccination information in a Secure Data Vault. The key component of this information is a picture of the Test Result or Vaccination Card along with minimal user and misc information. Once stored the information can only be retrieved by the user.
We need end to end testing done on this app. We are seeking a skilled Test engineer to define a testing approach and then to execute that plan.
The general components of the app are:
USER Login/Registration
Individual & Family
Test/Vaccination input
User can edit results once entered
There is some internal logic implemented to manage information provided
There is some internal logic to define if the user is properly protected against Covid
We use a Red/Yellow/Green System (this logic need to be verified)
User selects Test or Vaccination from internal list of defined Tests/Vaccinations
Multiple Test/Vaccination entries are managed by the tool
User can share Test/Vaccination results with peers
Enterprise Solution
App is being sold to organizations and they may use tool to retrieve User Test/Vaccination results
Verification Approach
User is asked to eSign a statement attesting to validity of the information added
User may optionally use our notarization process (Manual or on line)
OPTIONAL. The app will be available in multiple languages - the Test Engineer is expected to provide testing to ensure the app functions as designed
We will work with selected Test Engineer/Team to acquaint them with the functionality that has been implemented. The Test Engineer will be solely responsible for ensuring that al functionality functions as designed.
