Analyze and testing restaurant website [Frontend and Admin]

I am looking for an experienced tester to analyze and testing our restaurant website [Frontend and Admin]
The system is suppose to work seamlessly locally as well as on the hosted server. So, the freelancer should be able to analyze and test the system thoroughly to make sure it works as expected locally as well as on the hosted server scaling to the devices like laptop/desktops, tablets and mobile
The project analyzing and testing is to be completed and a complete detailed report has to be submitted at the end.
THE ABOVE PROJECT HAS TO BE COMPLETED ON OR BEFORE 6TH NOVEMBER 2022.
