Agile QA Consultant for Banking Sector -- 2

I'm the QA Agile Manager of a bank managing over 30 Agile projects and growing. We are looking for an experienced consultant to help us optimize our Agile testing workflows and accelerate our automation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze current testing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies.
Recommend best practices for Agile testing methodologies tailored to our banking environment.

Guide automation tools and frameworks, specifically JIRA, AWS Device Farm, Cypress, and Webdriver IO, to maximize their potential in our testing capabilities.
Support the implementation of optimized workflows and automation solutions using these tools.
Collaborate with our QA teams and coordinators to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:

Proven experience in Agile QA practices, preferably in a banking or financial services setting.
Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and tools, particularly JIRA, AWS Device Farm, Cypress, and Webdriver IO.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with our internal teams.
Ability to deliver actionable insights and a clear roadmap for improvements.

Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
