Urgent Web App QA Testing

I’m in the final stretch of launching a new web application and want a skilled QA partner to shake every branch before we go live. Your mission is to design a concise yet thorough test plan that covers the full product surface—UI, underlying functionality, and performance alike. All core flows (registration, login, purchase, profile management, and any edge paths you uncover) need to be exercised, so I’m expecting detailed test cases that map to each step a real user might take.
Once the plan is in place, I’ll need a lightweight smoke-test checklist for those last-minute regression passes. As you execute, please log bugs with crystal-clear steps to reproduce, screenshots or recordings, and environment details so my dev team can turn fixes around quickly. Cross-browser or mobile-responsiveness notes are a plus, even if they fall outside the primary scope.
