Manual Android App Testing
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m ready to put fresh eyes on my Android app before launch and need a detail-oriented tester who specialises in hands-on, manual testing.
Here’s what I’m after:
• A concise test plan outlining the scenarios you’ll cover (installation, onboarding, core user flows, edge cases, UI/UX quirks and compatibility across popular screen sizes and Android OS versions).
• Systematic execution of each scenario on real devices and/or reliable emulators, capturing screenshots or screen-recordings as proof.
• A clear defect log that lists steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual results, severity and environment details.
• One round of re-testing after fixes so we can confirm issues are fully resolved.
If you already use tools like Android Studio, Logcat, Bug-report generators or cloud device farms, let me know—it helps speed things up, though scripts aren’t required because I prefer manual coverage for this phase.
I value crisp communication, organised reporting and practical suggestions that improve stability and user experience. Let’s make sure the app is rock-solid before it hits Google Play.
