I will send you a step-by-step testing checklist that walks through navigation, account creation, ticket purchase, and the full payment-gateway flow. Please execute every step on both desktop and smartphone screens, logging the result right in the sheet: use a ✅ when a feature behaves exactly as expected and a ❌ when it doesn’t, followed by a short note that helps my developers reproduce the issue.
Deliverables
• The completed checklist with all pass / fail markers and notes
• Screenshots (or quick screen recordings) for each failed step, grouped in a single folder or zip
• A short summary highlighting any blockers or high-priority bugs
Reliability and attention to detail are more important than formal test-engineering credentials; as long as each item is tried methodically on the two required device types, I’ll have everything I need to push fixes quickly.
