Bilingual QA For Clinic Webapp [English & Arabic]
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a clinic management and online-booking platform built with Flutter Web that now needs a full round of quality assurance in both English and Arabic. The system contains two core workspaces—the Doctor module and the Patient module—plus the shared booking flow, and each of these areas carries equal weight in the test plan.
Environment & devices
Please exercise the platform on every browser–OS combination I support:
• Chrome on Windows
• Chrome on Android
• Chrome and Safari on iOS
• Chrome and Safari on macOS
Switch screen sizes often so any layout, responsiveness or RTL/LTR glitches surface immediately.
Functional focus
The entire booking life-cycle must be covered—creating appointments, rescheduling, canceling and quick walk-in examinations—across initial consultations, follow-ups and emergency slots. All related notifications, availability rules, time-zone handling and payment checkpoints (if encountered) should be stressed in both languages.
What I expect back
• A detailed test-scenario document that lists every path you executed, mapped to the Doctor module, Patient module and booking flow.
• A structured bug log with severity, exact reproduction steps, expected vs. actual results, screenshots or short clips where helpful, and notes on whether the issue appears on one or multiple devices/browsers.
• A separate section highlighting any UI/UX or responsiveness issues you spotted between desktop and mobile views.
I am on standby for credentials and will clarify anything else you need before you begin.
Please, provide a meaningful bidding message and not a generic response.
