Web Test Automation - E-Mail Field Test

I need a simple web automation testing for my site
You can do this in Selenium, Chromium, PhantomJS, or any other web automation testing suite.
We need to test my e-mail registration.
We only have to fill out one form "email" and click accept and click register.
DETAILS:
1) Connect to proxy
2) Open my URL
3) Use an e-mail from testmails.txt file (on next repeat it need to use next mail in line below)
4) Enter the E-Mail in the EMAIL field
5) Mark the Accept Button
6) Click on Register
5) DONE - REPEAT ALL AGAIN at 1)
