URGENT requirement : Quality Engineer in the Blockchain domain

We need someone with Blockchain and Crypto experience and solid Quality Engineering Skills.
We are looking for someone who can design the Test Strategy, Test Plan, and Manual Test cases, Implement Test Framework using JS, and Implement API Test Framework for GraphQL API that can also work with REST API.
Also, we need to deploy the Test Framework in a deployment pipeline built on GIT hub actions, hence we need some one with DevOps experience as well, who can design and strategize the deployment pipeline.
