QA Specialist for EMR Platform Pre-Launch
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
We're preparing to launch a full Electronic Medical Records (EMR) platform that ties together three layers: our patient-acquisition / marketing side, the physician back office, and the live clinical workspace used during doctor–patient consultations. Before go-live, we need an experienced QA specialist to validate the entire application in a staging environment mirroring production.
Scope
Functional testing across all core modules marketing, physician back office, clinical workspace, and each layer's admin panel.
UI/UX verification so every screen, control, and flow matches the design spec and behaves consistently.
Data-level validation to confirm patient records, billing, and marketing metrics stay accurate end to end.
Load and stress testing to surface bottlenecks under hundreds of concurrent users and peak-traffic spikes.
Deliverables
A short test plan (scenarios, tools, timeline).
Executed test cases with pass/fail evidence (screenshots, logs, SQL extracts where relevant).
Load-test report with response times, throughput, resource utilization, and clear recommendations.
Final defect summary by priority, including retest results after fixes.
You choose the stack — JMeter, k6, Selenium, Postman, or whatever you're strongest in — as long as our dev team can reproduce the results. Production-clone access and API docs are ready at kickoff. Please share your estimated turnaround and anything you'll need from us to start.
