Set up automations for our business processes

I am looking for an experienced professional to help automate key areas of our business.
Firstly, our marketing processes need to be automated for efficiency.
Secondly, the follow-up communications in our sales process must be automated.
This will help us maintain a consistent line of communication with our clients and keep track of our sales effectively.
* Marketing Automation: Ideally, you should be skilled in creating automated marketing systems that will help us carry out our marketing activities more efficiently.
* Follow-up Communications Automation: We currently use email for our follow up communications.
We want to set up automation scripts to make this process more efficient.
*Software we currently use is outlined in the attached.
The correct candidate needs to provide guidance and recommendations on what automations would be effective between these platforms, then be able to set them up, using the dialogue and templates we provide, so they are working and running automations.
If you possess excellent automation skills and have experience working with email communication platforms, this project is for you.
